Very High Quality mesh, lite, yet durable. The magnets pull the sides closed when you walk through them. There is some extra material on the edges for wider door spaces. Best of all it keeps the bugs out! I would not trust this with my pets. I can see my cat sharping her nails on it, and then climbing, and my dog peeing on it. IF you have well trained pets then more power to you. Great for these 100+ degree summer nights
