This Hot Sauce taste great!! Although it reads "I'm Hot", I am Hispanic and don't find it hot. This is most likely because we put hot sauce on everything. It does have a sweet-spiciness to it - I think it would great on wings.. my only complaint is that I wish the bottle was bigger.

I tried it on pizza, fried chicken, Rotisserie chicken, Ramen soups, ground turkey.. it has a really nice flavor that goes will on most foods -- and this is why I wish the bottle was bigger, because I found myself putting it on several of my meals.
