The Speed cable jump rope is light weight, portable, and easily adjustable!! I get bored of doing exercises at my house, and there is no way I will get trapped in a gym membership again..
Now I have a mentor that is teaching me martial arts in the park. We take wights, a tarp, sand bags, jump rope, bottled water in an ice chest and ourselves. Everything has a purpose! This jump rope has metal wire inside of it, which makes it very durable. Adjustable via the screws at the end, in case you need to shorten it. and the handles are hollow keeping the weight low.
Overall it is simple but well made!
