Heavy 18" Competition Weightlifting Wrist Wraps keep me lifting more without getting hurt. Many times I go workout at the park with a partner, and we take heavy sand bags to practice martial arts. It's a fairly long distance to the tress where we strap the sand bags up and hang the from the branch.
