I think this is most useful for teeth grinding during sleep. Yes, it is made for snoring, and it does work on snoring, but teeth grinding is a big issue in my family.  You only have so much teeth, and if you grind them away...well you know what happens.  Easy to set the mold, and reusable, I think it is worth giving it a shot to see if it works for you. Just remember to wash it out, and dry it.  Not doing so may build up bacteria...  Overall I like the concept, ease of use, storage container, and that it can protect your teeth. You may be looking for a solution for snoring, grinding was just a bigger issue in my family.
