The organizer has been great. It is made out of very high quality material.  There is padding in the back, to large zipper pockets,  2 hooks, two large bottle holders, and 4 other pockets. The material snaps back into place because of the elasticity. 

This backseat organizer is a major upgrade compared to the one that I had before. I love the fact that it is water proof.
