Stainless Steel cheese slicer and grater seemed to be very good quality.
My fingers were safe when using these tools, no mater how fast I
decided to go.
When using the cheese slicer you need to apply
equal and steady pressure the through the entire slice or you risk
breaking it off too soon!!. The Thinner the slice, the easier - I was
working with a block of American Cheese, so this may be easier with
harder cheeses.
The Grater was excellent, because I could wipe
the cheese that came out but was stuck on the output of the device with
my fingers and it was smooth. I did not receive one nic through the
process. That for me was the kicker. Awesome!!
