I have a few foam rollers, but this one is now my favorite. The Quality and design of the roller is superb!!
It is large which is a plus, has built-in groves and bulges that can get deep into my muscle to release any tension or pain.
The foam is firm, and bounces back easily into its original shape. The bumps on it are different sizes and you can choose to you liking.
A Plus for this company is that they include actual exercises on the inside/ as a poster. You can store the poster inside the roller for use at a later time, and I believe that you get an added bonus of an ebook.
