The Material is really durable, with some stretch to it.  It has a pocket for money, a keyholder, and a larger area for your cellphone or mp3 player that runs the legnth of the belt.  The Belt is one solid piece, and you have to wearing those tight yoga pants to be comfortable in it.  I would say this would be best suited for women, and guys wearing those extremely tight bike riding pants.  This just did not work with my style of warmups,  but it is very well made.
