I did not so much take this supplement for weight loss, as I did for energy.  It works as an appetite suppressant and not so much as a fat melter.  It allows you to crave and eat less which in turn keeps your weight in check.  You should also add at least 20 minutes of intense exercise and eat healthy to maintain results.
