Fish oil is great as a Natural Anti-depressant.  This is especially true if you have a Native American Bloodline. Native Americans are prone to depression because their DNA calls call for more Omega-3 Fatty Acids in particular the ones from fish.  Native American ancestors grew up with the main food source being fish. With the advent of technology, people began moving away from water, and ate less and less fish.
