Review-

These shoe inserts are very well made.

The arch is very high.

They are trim-able up to 2 sizes, I wish instructions were included, because I kept think I was going to mess them up. Yes there are little lines on the bottom that show where to cut, but I would have felt more comfortable with instructions.

Over all I felt quality of the insert were really good, and I think if I needed to purchase some, I would purchase these.
