My thoughts- over all this product has worked out great. I am taking it with a combination of other products that I will be posting soon. Further research shows that the people of India have been using it for years without any side effects. Adding garlic to your food, drinking green tea throughout your day, and eating protein with in 30 minutes of waking up is ideal. I suggest 2 boiled eggs, and sea salt. beans, a serving of broccoli normandi, Fish, Cottage Cheese, almonds, and organic frozen meat balls.  You want to be able to control your blood sugar from spiking  by eating several meals throughout the day (2-3hours apart). Make your meals simple so that you will not have to think about it too long, and continue on your path with out wasting more than 6-10 minutes of prep/serve time. I will go into a detailed layout in  separate post

If you really want to lose the extra pounds, work on fixing your sleep first, then detoxing your liver, and then slowly try something like Garcinia Cambogia mix with some green coffee bean, add some capsicum extract throughout the day for an increased metabolism, and don't leave out a multivitamin.



You food source should be your main source of vitamins and minerals. Supplements are just that, they are called supplements for a reason, because they supplement your diet, not substitute your diet.

Review:
Not for the faint of heart, it is intense true story explaining how Ita Stein Gvirtzman's  perception about life, animals and rights turned upside-down. After years as a "vivisector" -a person that experiments on animals, in this case "mice", for the sake of science.

Ita Stein Gvirtzman's goes into deep detail about an industry most of us don't even think about, or could only imagine by watching movies. This story did not start at some random point where she chose to become an animal activist, it came after 20 years of daily experimentation, and unfortunately not until she became ill herself, contracting cancer she realized what she was doing was wrong, and that changes needed to occur. She now saw herself as the mice, and the mice as her friend.

I personally believe it is better late than never when it comes to doing the right thing. She has now found her path. It is a shame it had to come after something so ugly such as cancer coming into her life, but it appears that this is what it took, for her to stop, slow down, and analyze what she has done with her life, and what she will do with the remainder of it.

She has chosen to make a difference, and make a difference she has. This book is very inspirational, and right to the point. Time may be relative, but we only have so much time on this earth, we can take from her actions that we need to stop, or slow down, and analyze our lives, and ask ourselves if we are doing the right thing, and if we are not, we need to set course on doing so. Stand up for what is right, bring light to the darkness.

 If you speak up, you will be heard, but if you allow large companies to set a price on you, you are in a sense selling your soul, and allowing for injustices to continue. Be Humane, Stand for good, stand for rights, together we can make a difference and no life is too little to be saved.

Multi-Function LED Headlamp For Handsfree Lighting Review #headlamp

The light worked great.  My dogs were barking and I thought this would be a good time to test out the head lamp.  This headlamp has 4 modes and I tested at a 70ft range because my backyard is only so long.
 

The first mode is “power-saver” (2 LED) with this mode I could probably see 70ft, the first 20-25ft were very clear.

  The second mode “bright” (4 LED), I was able to see the whole 70ft, but the most clear of the 70ft was the first 40ft.

The third mode “ultra-bright” (8 LED), same 70ft, I was able to see clearly to the very end of it.

 The fourth mode “night vision” (Red LED) is a great feature that allows you to see in the dark without distracting others, or calling too much attention to yourself.


  I was very happy with the results. I now carry this little headlamp in my backpack, just in-case.
I have used it walking my dogs, walking at night at the park,  and even reading in my bed with the night vision mode. 

Overall this is a product worth purchasing. The head lamp itself comes in simple packaging, w/ 3 batteries, and an ebook explain how to use the night vision mode.

The only thing that I think could make it better is a little carry bag, that could maybe hook to a backpack. A slot in the carry-bag for extra set of batteries, and  a piece of plastic that maybe could be part of the bag that you could be used to open the battery port allowing access to insert replacements. I would also like to see a separate button added for night vision.  

My reasoning- Currently if you were camping and didn't want to wake other people in the tent, you would need to cycle multiple modes to reach night vision. The white light getting to night vision might wake other people, but for now cupping it with your hand works well.

Bound to be a new business classic, The Bright idea box, would make good reading for any business  that employs people. Jag more than likely did not invent anything that has not be done before, but has found a way to systematize employee value and buy-in,  in such a way that it can be applied by business leaders across the board.  Intrinsic value (appreciation) making you employee feel that they are valuable wanted and needed. Every businesses has a great resource, employee feedback. Who understands the business better than the line workers. Using this feed back for employee buy-in, and its application to succeed is the goal.

Jag explains the process, and how to go about asking your employees for ideas, and qualifying them to see which will be applied. This process makes employees feel invested, and in-turn they will work harder and happier towards a common goal, some companies have even made massive turn around from the point of almost closing. Case studies  that are mentioned/referenced in this book are Google, P&G, 3M, WholeFoods, Starbucks, Zappos to name a few. Overall a very well written systematized plan that can be easily implemented. Two thumbs up, and a must read for people working with people.

I love Chocolate, and I was feeling  really good the other day @ my local HEB. During checkout I saw this Awake Caffeinated Chocolate bar and there was something about  the packaging that just drew me in. It was Delicious, so much so, that I drove to the store that very night to purchase another.

They will run you about $2 per bar, but if you like chocolate as much as I do, you might as well  buy 3.

Note: when purchasing @ HEB, do yourself a favor and check the expiration date. I had another craving for one of these bars and drove to a different HEB and I made my purchase, I was excited. I  drove home, and then I tasted it.  I was not happy. I checked the Expiration date, and it was 3 months expired.Needles to say this messed up my night.

Overall I loved the flavor, but I did not notice an increase an energy. It is a good product, but for energy I would rather have some amino acids which I will go into more detail later on.

 The story consists of a little girl, a bike, and a wild imagination. Abigail the main character of this little book has a mini adventure's each time she goes out to ride her bike, and this time is no different, she is transported to the North Pole. She learns a little about the North Pole's culture and still makes it time back for dinner.

Yesterday, I was really excited to test out Retseliney, Premium Spiralizer Bundle. I already had in mind that I wanted to experiment on Sunomono (cucumber salad). My girlfriend is always telling me to take her to a local sushi restaurant named Kumoris, but for almost $7 bucks for a salad, how about I make my own.
Items required:

• Retseliney, Premium Spiralizer Bundle -cuts the cucumber into noodle strips, and helps pulp out the center
• . -Rice Wine Vinegar 
• -Organic Sugar 
• -seasalt -
• Soy sauce
•  -Lemon, 
• -Sesame seeds 
• -Cooked Shrimp

Overall it was a great experience,  the Retseliney had very sharp blades which  made cutting the cucumbers in to strips very easy. I tested both sides to see what the difference was, one side of the Retseliney make angel hair type noodles and the other is a little thicker. For the Sunomono I preferred the thinnest option, another thing to keep in mind is that you should remember to clear out the pulp that may get stuck in the center pulper, for a smoother experience.

The dish probably took about 5 minutes total for 4 large cucumbers, I took a little longer because I was experimenting with each cucumber to see what I liked better. Oh and if you put too much salt you can help balance it with lemon, this saved me last night.

Cleanup was also very easy, it comes with a small brush,  to clean out the inside which works well, but if I were to change anything on the Retseliney, Premium Spiralizer Bundle I would make it longer.

My Experience with Adovia Dead Sea Salt

I did a warm bath soak. I noticed that the Adovia Dead Sea Salt was very fine, and very clean. It dissolved much better than Epson salt and left my skin feeling very soft.

Also further research shows that many people do sritual cleansing baths with sea salt, in which they bathe and pray. I recently started looking into spiritual cleaning for my physical, financial, and mental health. If you are having several bad days in a row and nothing seems to be going your way. Epson salt has a detoxing effect on the joints, which allows them especially when sprained to heal quicker. I feel this bath salt will have the same effect if you were in situation that called for de-inflammation/detoxing.
