My thoughts- over all this product has worked out great. I am taking it with a combination of other products that I will be posting soon. Further research shows that the people of India have been using it for years without any side effects. I always start with half of the recommend dose of each supplement to see how it will effect me, and if nothing happens, I work myself up to the full dosage.
