By now most people have heard of Garcinia Cambogia especially if you are into weight control.The higher the HCA when purchasing Garcinia Cambogia the better. The particular bottle has included  Calcium carbonate, and Potassium chloride, and chromium.

Calcium carbonate won't cause discomfort, and is a good source of calcium. The amount in this supplement is not a full dosage and you should take about 1000mg a day. Preferably from your food.

Potassium helps your cells, kidneys, heart, muscles, and nerves work properly. The amount in this supplement is not a full dosage and you should also take about 1000mg a day. Preferably from your food. Avocados are a good source of potassium.

Chromium helps to move blood sugar (glucose) from the bloodstream into the cells to be used as energy and to turn fats, carbohydrates, and proteins into energy. You need very little of this supplement, and more than likely you are getting enough from drinking water and food.

Garcinia Cambogia HCA, has boosted fat-burning and cut back appetite in studies. It appears to block an enzyme called citrate lyase, which your body uses to make fat. It also raises levels of the brain chemical serotonin, which may make you feel less hungry. This Garcinia Cambogia is a higher dose (1400mg).

I would add a garlic pill supplement, green tea and magnesium. I don't have my notes on me at the moment, but feel free to comment, or shoot me a line if I forget to edit and update in the next few days. Adding garlic to your food, drinking green tea throughout your day, and eating protein with in 30 minutes of waking up is ideal. I suggest 2 boiled eggs, and sea salt. beans, a serving of broccoli normandi, Fish, Cottage Cheese, almonds, and organic frozen meat balls.  You want to be able to control your blood sugar from spiking  by eating several meals throughout the day (2-3hours apart). Make your meals simple so that you will not have to think about it too long, and continue on your path with out wasting more than 6-10 minutes of prep/serve time. If you really want to lose the extra pounds, work on fixing your sleep first, then detoxing your liver, and then slowly try something like Garcinia Cambogia mix with some green coffee bean, add some capsicum extract throughout the day for an increased metabolism, and don't leave out a multivitamin.



You food source should be your main source of vitamins and minerals. Supplements are just that, they are called supplements for a reason, because they supplement your diet, not substitute your diet.

This product worked well. I would purchase this on a normal basis to help control appetite, mixing  some idea from the following books to maintain a good metabolism, chemical, and hormone balance and overall weight control.
