Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream Review #MaxasorbMelatonin

Review:

The cream goes on quick, one pump and the sand man will come for you soon after. I am always very cautious with melatonin.   Several times that I have melatonin in general, it works a little too well, and the next day will drag- about 16-18 including the sleeping ones, will have me feeling groggy.

I recommend starting with a half pump to see how you can handle melatonin and work your way up to whatever dose you find works for you without dragging the next day.
