The formula on these for the most part looks good. I do not like the added food coloring, and from a personal experience I tried it twice and it made my stomach upset. I take supplements on a regular basis. I have tried
adderall, and Focalin. Although those upset my stomach as-well, I do not think it was as fast. I am going to take a break from all the supplements I take and try again, on a day I do not have much due.
