This is an awesome deal! I like that fact that this Santa Medical SM-150 Pulse Oximeter is so portable. Comes with batteries, neck cord, and a pouch. This would be great for a Nurse, anybody studying in the medical field, older folks, people with heart problems and in general this would be great in every-bodies medical cabinet. You just never know when you may need to measure someones hear-rate.
My girlfriends mom is a Registered Nurse and she just began working with Mentally Disabled adults. Some of the folks are high functioning, whiles others are not so high function and actually self-harm themselves. I let her borrow it for a week, and she said that it made her life so much easier because she was able to quickly take the heart rate from their finger without causing them too much stress.
