Product Review:

Yes, our main source of vitamins, minerals, Amino acids, good fats should come from our food. Unfortunately most of us can not get the complete and necessary nutrition from our food sources.  I am not about to go into Organic and non organic, and how some farmers take shortcuts and that in-turn gives us the consumer the crap end of the stick.

I take my health more seriously, especially now that I have experienced depression. If you are  going through depression I recommend a book called "The Mood Cure: The 4-Step Program to Take Charge of Your Emotion".

I don't always eat as much fish (omega-3) as I should and yes there is plant sources of omega-3 such as flax-seed. I like flax-seed, but I need Fish oil since I have Native American blood. Studies show that there is a great deal of depression with people people that have a Native American blood line because there DNA requires more Omega-3 in particular from Fish because there Ancestors Diet was mainly based on fish.

As technology and civilizations developed people moved away from water and in-turn fish. People then became depressed and couldn't explain why. This is why there is such a high depression rate with Native Americans, high Alcoholism, and even drug use.

I like the fact that it is fish oil based and it includes a pro-biotic because I have a very weak stomach.

Overall I like this product, I think the packaging was very well thought out, and would recommend this to a friend.
