The AngelicWare Anti-fatigue mat is Premium Commercial grade floor mat. I have a background in the grill & bar business, and you have to stand all day long. We had rubber floor mats that had holes in the bar, the holes are to allow fluids that may be spilled to pass to the drains and prevent a fall. This style of mat is solid non slip and because of the design that it gradually goes up like a pyramid you do not have to worry about tripping. I was actually at Discount tires today, and noticed that the workers were on some mats that had diamond shapes..I then realized its the same thing,..
Many businesses where there is a lot of standing provide mats for fatigue relief. The latest trend actually is the standing desk, and whether you are for or against it, profitable companies are making the switch. I would rather have a nice chair myself.
The technology has been used in the commercial atmosphere for years now, again for employee relief from discomfort and has been proven to be safe. Now we are just bringing this technology/usage into the home.
My mom actually has a different style Anti-Fatique mat that she picked up idk where that she uses in the kitchen. It works as Anti-fatigue kitchen mat, but I noticed the top lay of material is starting to peel. I don't know if that is from our cats or usage. This one is designed more solid, kind of like a high end Yoga Mat. it lays flat, and I use it off the side of my bed so that I reduce the amount of stress on my joints when I jump off my high bed. Ideally, for home use I would recommend it for washing dishes, folding clothes, cooking/prepping area, or bedroom use like me. If you have a workshop in the garage that you are in one area for hours at a time then it would work for that.
Overall it is a quality item that is nice, easy to setup, clean, and it feels durable. I will make an update if I notice unusual wear on it.
